Well, the Remington 870 Police Magnum that I posted recently about cerakoting has a more pressing issue than the finish, haha. It was so cruddy inside the receiver that I couldn't tell until I cleaned it up a bit, but the ejector is cracked (just my luck). According to Remington, it was made in 1995, and it looks to have seen quite a bit of use and abuse.
I'm sure it's smarter just to replace the ejector now before the tip breaks off completely, then have the gun refinished, so that's my new plan.
Anyone know someone in the Baton Rouge area who can (and preferably has) tackled this?
Thanks in advance!
