    Everyone says to scan the certificate but does it have to be a PDF type file or can I just download it as a picture?

    Are you talking about the certificate of completion for the renewal class? When I sent in my certificate for first time permit, I just snapped a picture with my phone and sent that in.

    Did you file it online or mail it.

    If online did you just add it like adding a pic to a email?

    Just renued online, I took pics of everything I needed to submit, and twards the end they have a spot to attach files, you browse and add, then can add a note as to what that pic is in reference to, very simple
