When a trust buys a can, when is the item added to the property list, at the time of initial purchase or when the trust actually takes possession of the item?

I would think legally when the stamp is approved and in hand...but Ive been wrong before. I will tell you this. I have multiple NFA items all on my NFA trust and I have yet to actually write in the items on the list page of the legal document. Never any issues so far.

the trust doesnt own the item until the stamp and item are physically in your possession, then it should be documented on the appropriate page.
