When my wife shoots her Glock 19 the backstrap irritates her hand between her thumb and index finger. Has anyone smoothed the factory stimpling down on the top third of the backstrap because of this problem? Or is there any other options?

Bumping an old thread, but I second the irrigation being caused by her grip of the gun. Would dig into that before sanding it down.
