    I just completed the app online and uploaded the docs. I kept waiting for a payment screen... is there one? Or does that come later? Or do I eventually send in a money order (assuming they won't take a check...).

    They will send you a payment link in a day or two.

    Mine took 2 days to get the payment link, and a little over 2 weeks to get the permit.
