All I've done to my Gen3 G23 is change the sights (TruGlo TFO), the trigger had the New York #1 spring installed giving it a very good, smooth, combat trigger, and replaced the barrel with an extended ported barrel. That's about all I've done to it. It's my American Express card. A buddy at work has put about $2000 in his G23 though.

My Glock G4 G19 is stock and my Sig P239 that I carried for years is stock. Now I just need to see if it's me or my G19 that likes to shoot left

All I d to my Glocks is Glock steel sights and grip plug, have enough spare parts like extended slide stop, extended mag release, (-) disconnector, etc. but don't have it on the Glocks anymore mostly all stock.
