    I’m a 36” pants (more like 40” measured) waist size.
    Do u know how that compares to the XL size you are selling?

    The XL slim grip is 46" end to end.

    I mostly wore this over my Ares Gear Belt and thicker clothing, such as a hoodie or jacket.

    Measure around your waist and find the exact sizing, with and without clothing. If it's close to 46" you're good to go.
