Good to see this more and more everyday.

We are taking back america,,one slimeball at a time:)

Its just going to be sad when trump is no longer president and were
\back to the idiot democratic meltdown of snowflakes:(

I have a question to anyone that has a permit to carry.
Does it say anywhere on the permit, paper part, that says you have
the right as a carrier to stop a felony in progress or anything like
    that?

I'm just curious,up north ,if you have a permit,it allows you to stop
a felony in progress or anything to do with life threatening citations.
And I'm curious as to know if that holds true down south for permits
    as well.

If you have a CHP or not it doesn't matter about when you can use your handgun. The CHP only lets you carry concealed and some places you can carry that someone without one can't

A permit has nothing to do with protecting self, others, and occupied dwellings. It only allows for where one can take a pistol. This is SC, but if I remember LA is the same.

Your supposed to help a police office in distress regardless if you have a CHP or not, Its part of being a man and doing your part in the community.

Besides you will be remembered by the police dept. as a good guy and probably get a warning instead of a ticket!!!

    Defense of others

It is justifiable to use force or violence or to kill in the defense of another person when it is reasonably apparent that the person attacked could have justifiably used such means himself, and when it is reasonably believed that such intervention is necessary to protect the other person.

I'm asking what the permi8t says on it.

Mine stated that you could stop any felony in progress, any death situations,etc..
IT STATED IT CLEARLY ON THE PERMIT!!!!

I actually had the opportunity to stop a robbery at a convenience store.
When leo showed up,we had the BG cuffed and ready. They seem to appreciated
it.But I was talking with a few friends of mine, leo here, and they said most people..
even with a permit would have gone to jail.

Is it really that different between here and northern permits???????

I would help a LEO if I saw the need. And when it was all over I’d ask him if he felt like It was his duty to protect the public, since laws and policies and politics have already loud capped any LEO’s ability to answer that question.

I'm sure you will get an answer from a LEO soon.......

    Counting on it.
Either yay or nay really doesn’t matter much to me tho. I feel like the problems start when a government says simultaneously that you don’t have the right to protect yourself (or limits that right) and that by law, LEO’s are not required to protect you.
And I figured that if I were a LEO I’d want a chance to state my feelings regarding that.
