I think there is some retarded law in Orleans parish that makes gun and ammunition sales difficult. I remember a thread not that long ago on here where someone was asking why none or not many Gun shops are in New Orleans. Someone posted the regulations where you have to have all sales approved by the sheriff or something to that nature. Prolly why that is showing up or i could be totally wrong. just a guess.
