This guy seems like spam to me. Made 10 posts in the past couple hours, including on posts that are several months old with no new replies, then PM'd me wanting a name and number to discuss an ad....

A check of Pigment Tattoos...which is where he claims to work in his profile, does not reveal a Harry V McChesney V, nor anyone with a similar name. The above quote was the entire message in a PM. Seems odd to me.
