I want to get started reloading. Right now I know about 1% more than nothing. I have joined several forums, and I am watching lots of the PewTube. But finding a starting point is a bit overwhelming.

Are there any reloading groups/clubs around the BR area?

Your first stop should be Louisiana Gun and Reloading. They can get you started in the right direction.

Second this. They hold a class from time to time in the store. I took it in prep to get back into reloading after a long time away. Call them up to see if they’re still doing the class.

A co worker has a brother that teaches a reloading class at a chain store in the BR area. I won't see him until Thursday, but will see if I can get you some info on it. It is not very hard to reload, but having someone who can show you how to do it is very nice.

See if you can get in touch with Walter at the BR Cabela's. His brother said he teaches a reloading class, and thinks it is free.
