I got on line this morning to start my renewal process and was perusing the FAQ's. Can across one states that you must return you expired permit to the Deputy Secretary. Anyone else know this as I didn't. Not that its a big deal to send it back, just didn't know.

I'm not sure how much of a priority they really put on it, but I've always dropped mine off.

I got the lifetime a couple of years back. Anyone know how they handle those permit cards when it's time to take the refresher?
