i had a rossi da .22 revolver, 3" barrel, stainless.

it was one of the best shooting guns i have ever had.
perfect crisp trigger, well made grips, smooth and comfortable to shoot.
it would fire any brand ammo very accurately.
at 25yds thunderduds would always hit low left, stingers would hit high right, federal 550 bulk was dead on, eley was center right, etc...

it was very repeatable, so i always knew where to aim. never a malfunction or jam that wasnt ammo related.

everybody i took shooting had a blast with it.

i honestly forget where i bought it, it may have been a gunsmith project with how smooth it was.

i gave it to my mom a month before the house was broken into.

    I have two...

    1. A Stainless S&W 640 J-Frame that had a trigger job done to it and an Apex Tactical Trigger as well as an XS Big dot front sight.

    2. A P229 Legion.

All of those who regret parting with their 19's.... Rule #1... NEVER get rid of a 19!!!

Too many to list . About 20 yrs ago I came to within $25 of selling my 6" Target Model S&W Mod. 17 revolver . Both of us got hard headed and wouldn't budge . Thank God for that ! I never considered selling it after that . Tack driver doesn't begin to describe it .

    Every dang one of them.

Now that's the truth. I do regret nearly every sale... however I have always kept my very first firearm and have never even considered parting with it... an East German Makarov in PRISTINE condition.

It actually opened up my initial interest in collecting them and the Walther PP, PPK, PPKs.

I only sold one. A Ruger Mini 14. do not miss it. It was used when I got it and got more than I paid.
Now the guns that were taken from my dad's home. That's another story. Ruger single six, and Dads Colt 1911.
