    I have a feeling most would say buy both. But what are you wanting the gun for? Range toy? Home defence? Just because? Is it your first gun? Need a bit more info before anyone could give you an informed opinion.

    You should definitely get both. Both are pillars of gun ownership. If time or money is a concern, I would buy the AR 15 first while the market is still good
