This is the bill to REPEAL "STATE FIREARM PREEMPTION". The gun haters hate state preemption. If they get their way, if this passes, they will effective destroy law abiding Louisianans from being able to protect themselves outside of the home. (Sen. Wesley Bishop, New Orleans, is the author.) It is being heard in Senate Judiciary B Committee on Tuesday.
