    I was looking at a 1976 NRA Mag and saw this. They are also a picture of them at a meet standing there together. The days of asking them to carry at work. And being gad they do

    This was around the time that the pharmacist father of a friend of mine was shot to death in an armed robbery of his place on Carrolton Avenue.

    I have my dad's Jefferson Parish permit to carry. It has his name and what guns he owns with #s of them. Was told that way they did not have to run them.
    So he had a permit and the carry guns were registered.
