I recently received revolver from out-of-state. Out-of-state FFL sent it to my local FFL. I am sending it back. Do I need to have my local FFL send it to the out-of-state FFL ( I think this is the case but checking)? Or can I send it myself to the out-of-state FFL?

You can ship it yourself to the out of state FFL but some FFL's can be funny about that and insist that it be sent from an FFL.
