I just applied for my 07/02, so presumably July 1st I'll be able to manufacture NFA items.
Looking for reference here. My FFL/business is an LLC. Where can I find guidance on what happens to silencers and SBRs that I manufactured if I decide later to relinquish my license? MGs are not part of this discussion; the law is clear on that.
Would I Form 4 the items to my personal trust? Or would they be a tax free transfer to myself?
