    Yes, my understanding is that this pistol is included in the class action settlement; that there was no "recall"; and that the settlement altered the former lifetime repair warranty. Instead, if your pistol is in need of repair, Taurus will replace it with a newer model.

    They have a website online that expains the specifics.
