I have my veteran lifetime so my renewal and process is easy.

This question is for my wife.
She has training so I went online and we submitted her training cert and copy of Drivers License after filling out the website application forms.

Now she has her 2 finger print cards. Where and how does she get these sent in?
Is there a digital submittal or do we have to send these snail mail and with what...a filled out application? If so, what a waste of time the online portion was.

If you know the best way to proceed, please let me know, thanks...

You are the exception. Check wait times in the other thread for paper applications. Something may have changed, but my son is still waiting for his and it has been over a month. He submitted electronically, but did not have the disposition for an old court case. He got if from the court and submitted it in person. Still waiting
