I’m looking for somebody with the capable tools and knowledge to mill my slide for a trijicon rmr. Originally wanted to ship it off but turn around times were usually a month or over a month most places I looked. Any of you guys know somebody who does good work?

Primary Machine is the way to go for this. They are about as local as you will get.

I am having something machined and I think you will find that most regular machine shops are pretty booked up.

Ship it to Primary Machine. Machinists know how to cut steel, but don't understand squat about how a RMR should be mounted.

Turn around time is 2 weeks with cerakote. 4 weeks if you get it nitrided.

I had my 34 milled by them, and nitride coated.
