I know this doesn’t help you. I had to make one from a nail with a Dremel tool once. I feel your pain.
After some one similar frustrations I ordered a spares bag from Midway that’s only a few bucks more. It has multiples of all the pins and springs etc. I got some titanium offset buffer posts and put all of this in the spare compartment of the grip. It’s saved my day more than once.
