Looking to sell a Colt Block II FSP Upper that I never got around to shooting. I ended up getting issued a new work rifle, and this fell by the wayside for me. The previous owner stated that it had approximately 1200 rounds through it, and was perfectly reliable. No issues of any kind, and it is exceptionally sturdy. The upper receiver is Colt, with the barrel cut down to 14.7in and the KAC NT4 FH pinned and welded to avoid NFA. NO BCG or CH is included. The RIS II is of the FSP variety in FDE. The labeling on the RIS says "MK18 FSP RIS II". There is a slight amount of paint left on the barrel and FSP that I did not get a chance to remove, but it is minor, as the pictures indicate.
