Got my class D Chauffeur's License about 1960 and my Motorcycle Endorsement about 1970.
I keep them in case I drive a Truck which breaks down and I have to ride away on a Motorcycle.
Not as long as you bout 1991 D Chauffeur's License and 1980 Motorcycle Endorsement when I got my Katana. Then some others Then a smooth Honda water cooled bike.
The guy right down the street from me took that class. he did some practice afterward before taking the test. He fell on it 2 times. I would have helped him puck it up but was laughing. He does dress the part and look cool doing it!
He can now ride it down the street and make it go just like on Southpark Brub Brrub Brrrrub
