I love my Ruger PC Carbine, takes 9mm Glock magazines.

fluted and threaded barrel? Man those things have come a long way. How’s the weight and the trigger? I remember shooting a friends early model in the 90’s and those were the only gripes I had with those.
I’m gonna see if this one will take a Glock mag...

7 lbs, feels like 10 when you shoulder it.

No idea on the trigger, I picked it up, felt the weight, and put it back down. If I am going to swing 7lbs around it might as well fire 223, or 300blk.

Not sure how ruger managed to make it so heavy. Especially since they are pushing their lightweight bolt system on this gun. Maybe the stock is super heavy, and someone else, like agp or magpul will bring out a lighter alternative. At least it takes glock mags.

Back on topic, I picked up and fondled a 19x at the gun show in the Dell last weekend. It did feel good... Not 600 bucks good, so I put it back down.
