The other day I picked up some haddock fillets to use for tacos and I had black beans already cooked and Foodsavered in the freezer.

For the tacos I made a cilantro taco seasoning sour cream, a shredded red cabbage slaw and a fresh avocado guacamole.

The haddock seasoned with a homemade seasoning rub and Grilled on my Grill Grates. Those things are perfect for a flaky fish like this!

Heated up the Hola Nola flour tortillias on the Keg as well.

Finished the plate with a nice serving of the black beans and rice. Also added a lil sour cream to mellow out the spiciness.

Alright, this stuff is so good I had to have one more tortilla with black beans and rice, guac and some of the spicy cilantro/taco sour cream. No picture of that but this meal was fricking delicious!!!!!!
