    I recently started cooking burgers on my griddle instead of the grill. I love the crispy exterior that you can get off the screaming hot griddle.

    My mother-in-law does the same thing to boudin. Breaks a link into 4 chunks, throws them in the black iron with a touch of olive oil, smashes them flat, and grills them good. Good stuff. She hits 80 this month. Born and raised in Franklin. Ya'll enjoy...
