Saw this for sale in Texas. I'm trying to identify barrel nut, gas tube and gas block. I'd like to build something similar

That’s a bushmaster carbon 15 pistol. Numrich may have all of the parts. Good luck.

No sir, that’s a AR pistol with a Gloptic riflex sight...

That is actually a pre Bushmaster Carbon 15. Original mfg was Professional Ordnance. Have not seen a pistol variant without the oval handguard before.

I have the same upper, just with an oval handguard. I did take the handguard off at some point, but I cannot remember what it looked like underneath. I am pretty sure the barrel was fluted, but I am sure that the gas tube did not have the crazy looking cover and the barrel nut and gas block were not shaped the same as your pic.
