High Power Competitors, Attached please find the match results for the 21 July High Power XTC match held at Palo Alto.

The August 18th match will NOT be an NRA Approved match. The 80 shot match will be fired from the 200 yard line. This is your once-a-year chance to compete in a match with your rifle that doesn't get out of the safe often enough. Since it is all at 200 yards you are welcome to bring your M1 carbine, SKS, AK, 98K, Ariska, Mosin-Nagant, 03 Springfield, Lee-Enfield or any safe rifle that will handle 200 yards or, of course, your usual competition rifle if you desire. Scores will be kept but not turned in to the NRA. There will be cold Gatorade prizes for Overall match winner, High Service rifle, High Match rifle-foreign military and
High match rifle-American military. Because of the usual heat and the variance of rifles on the line the only alibis will be range alibis. So have your manual of arms down cold. Sun shade devices will be allowed.

Finally, please see attached the match bulletin for the October Regional weekend. October 19th Team Match, October 20th Regional and October 21st EIC Leg Match. Please use the attached SR-1 form to pre-register for both the Regional and Leg match. It helps me in keeping things organized. If you do not pre-register then please send me an email stating that you will be there. That way I will have at least an idea of what to expect. Pre-registration is preferred but walk-ons the day of are fine too. Just please give me a heads up with an email so that I may reserve a boat space for you. There will not be a .22 rimfire match the weekend of the Regional. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I look forward to seeing you this month on Saturday the 18th.
