This is a standup water smoker I almost finished and just can’t find the time to do so. The wife says I need to move it or lose it, so here it is. I have a shorter squattier one and wanted another rack. It needs a stack vent and 2 strips of 3/32* steel welded in the door and a smoker temp gauge (Walmart or Academy) as well as the water pan. The ring is sized to fit the Brinkman style steel bowls sold at academy or online. This is the type of smoker that the pros use to win the cook offs.
3 steel cook grates 18*x18* that slide out.
18*x18* fire box slides out as well.
Steel caster wheels. Yes, it’s heavy. Angle is 1/8*, sheet metal is 3/32*.
Water pan ring slides out. All grates and ring fit in every slide for custom arrangement.
Don’t let the rust worry you, it’s light surface and can easily be remedied. Best curing method is to spray or wipe down the inside with cooking oil and light a fire in it. BBQ black rattle bomb the outside every other year as needed. This thing will last a lifetime.
I’ve got over $300 in materials invested, no telling how many hours and rods.

    SOLD
