Or what the guy I worked with called them. He was from Southern Califonia
FYI"} My wife used to work at CDM. And then was a Barista Trainer at Starbucks. She had no hand in tonight's Coffee or Beignets. I did use my trusty Tupperware to dust them

I made some this morning. My wife did not want not even one. She was the biscuit maker at Popeyes back when I met her. They made them from scratch back then. And she was also management at Cafe DuMonte for 5 years. She no longer brakes

Until the storm took it we had an old Microwave at work. It had a dial with paper stuck in it so the dial was stuck. The only way it would work. {ie} ya had to watch it and turn it off. Billy Mr. Bigg-Nett. put in a brown paper bag of some and left it. Got busy and it went up in flames!
The girl at the front desk says I smell fire? He hears her and runs grabs the bag and it is engulfed fully in flames. It was a sight to see him running out the door with that bag on fire. He did the same thing anither timne with a rally burgers since it was the metal slash paper wrap on the burgers. That was one tuff Microwave
I may cook some after dinner and put some of BeeMans Honey on them and make belive thet are them Mexican Sofa-Pillows

I have some friends that live in Holland. I send them a box of Begnet mix, dominos sugar, Cdm coffee & chicory, and a jar of homemade cane syrup. They send me pics every year of the whole neighborhood eating and dipping with the windows covered by snow drifts.

Speaking of which... I wonder if we are going to get some of that Bayou Shooter cane syrup this year? That was some fine stuff.
