I had planned on extending the range to 400 yards by Thanksgiving but unless the rain stops and we get some drying winds, I wont be able to get my equipment in. It's looking like a summer 2019 project.

Anyhow, I will go ahead and get wind socks and flags in out to 250 yards and set a 1/2" x 24" AR500 gong at 200.

If Santa is generous, I'll be adding pistol drill steel and a 3d rubber dummy spaced from 7 to 30 yards.

Changed up some colors and added a couple of small 12"wide x 4"deep drainage channels to prevent standing water in a few spots.

Damn I really do need to scout more around where you live. Sounds like some nice upgrades to the range. Who needs equipment some chainsaws and a weedeater and we can get you to 400 yds.

Yeah, actually there aren't any trees bigger than bush size. Maybe 2" trunks on a few. A bush hog chews up most of it with little effort. The problem is the soil; far too wet to even get a four wheeler in without rutting the whole area up.

Roger that. My yard still isn't quite over all the continous rain we had for the last few months. It barely got dry enough to mow week before last then it started rainging again.
