It's a PSA barrel with pined brake. I'm thinking drill it out. Any advice?

You'll most likely need to drill it. Especially if it has a lot of rounds down the barrel and its heated/cooled over and over. Once you dremel the head off, just get a drill bit roughly the same diameter as the pin... and drill away. make sure you use oil and a steel drill bit... stopping periodically to let it cool down so you don't crack the bit off in the hole. Work Safe.

Its through the thread you need to drill it out.

TBH I fix probably 4-6 barrels a week from people not taking pins out correctly. If you don't do it right you will destroy it very quickly.

If you want it done I will be happy to help.

This is not a pin. It is a rivet. I can tell you how to get it out, or you can take a drive and go visit eMGunslinger. Show up with your barrel, a case of his favorite beer, cold, and a sad face. Take him 15 minutes, tops.
