PPU is one of my favorites. This is no exception. I’ve found it to be better than Lake City in M80 as well as 193 and 855. Clean burning and accurate and I’ve fired a few thousand rounds with no problems. Under 50 cents per round shipped is a good deal in my book. In truth, it doesn’t get any better than this. I’ve got Hirtenberger and Israeli ammo that’s just as good but not any better.
I don’t remember the last time I bought a block of Lake City ammo in any caliber. You can get right at 600 rounds of this stuff in a standard fifty can.

Nice I was lucky enough to stock up a bit on Malasyian surplus a while back at about 36c a round shipped only issue is that it is berdan primed.... Also you have to have a good hammer spring to set it off as well..

I’ve been seeing that but tend to stay away from the bimetal jacketed rounds regardless of primers. If I still had the FN FAL I’d be buying some of that.

I went halves on 5k rounds of Egyptian .308 NATO last year, man date is 94 I believe. What I shot of it was super. Brass cases, copper jacket, cost us 36 cents per round shipped. Sometimes I hate going in halfsies...
