It's a Mueller Industries forging. I know Aero has shipped a lot of uppers made from Mueller forgings, but no way to tell who actually manufactured/finished the upper without more info.

ETA due to your last post: the forge mark only tells you who made the forging. Like posted above, there's only a handful of companies that actually produce AR receiver forgings. Companies buy those and finish machining them under their own brand, such as Aero Precision for example. The forge mark won't tell you who machined or assembled the upper, which is where the quality is determined.

Do you have any shots of the full upper? Or any other info that could help identify? At the end of the day, the upper receiver itself is not a significant factor. The barrel and BCG are the critical components that will make or break an AR upper.

I’ll take it out again tomorrow and see what I’ve got. The barrel had 5.56 and 1/7 on it, so that’s good. It’s on an Aero lower, so I suspect it’s one Mueller supplied to Aero at one time. Found info that they did at one time. Thanks again for all the help.
