I cheated and used generic Bagged Fries from a large box of 5 bags at Sam's Club. But cleaned and cut up large Breast and cut in half Thighs. Egg wash with half Flour and half Italian Bread Crumbs Seasoned Cajun style.

Wife said the Mondays Red Beans and Rice with andouille sausage was getting recycled as a side with the Fries. The breast was so large they had to be cut into 3 and the thighs into 2.
This is the thighs I put the fryer outside since I do not like the home to smell like Popeyes. No pics of the food plated. 3 batches of fries with 4.5 of chicken. And a half a gallon of Red Beans were sereved. The Picture of chicken in the basket was a half basket AKA} the last one. Ya know what it looks like on a plate. I could not keep up cooking as it cooked it was taken off the serving platters. I an sure if anyone was outside in the light rain they smelled it.
