As the title really, i got new scope all fitted on my rifle. I was wondering is it just a case of target and the same procedure as in the day, but obviously in the dark ?
Any help or tips on best methods for use would be greatly appreciated.
Its on my 22-250 if that helps.

Assuming you don’t have any instructions and this is a starlight type and not THERMAL, you should have a scope cap for the objective with a very small hole in the center (like a pinhole) just for the occasion. During DAYLIGHT HOURS It lets about the same amount of light in as you’d have on a moonlit night. You should never try to zero a rifle/scope in the dark. Otherwise, if the scope (regardless of which generation) did not come with an infra red Illuminator, get one. If it did come with one, get a better one. Trying to hunt or shoot in the dark with night vision sux without the IR. If you don’t have the cap that came with the optic, get with me and I’ll try to help you out.
Edit: I see you’re in Washington state. Too far to come borrow a scope cap...maybe contact the manufacturer.
