I made some Dirty Rice but added tomatoes so it is looking like Jambalaya with ground meat. But is so good. Then cut up a bunch of pork so made up center cut pork chops. Cooking them down in the smaller All-Clad pan that is just right size for that. Oinions, Garlic, Mushrooms, Mild Peppers {Yellow, Green and Red} little heat so Cajun Style
