    Grabbed 18, 20, 22 and another 22 at $0.49 pound. Have one of the 22# ones defrosting and the other 3 are taking a whole shelf up in the freezer. In a week or so will grab 2-3 no shank hams and use on December 25th. And and keep the other 2 to cut up for beans and what not.

    That was the plan fix some spaced out in 2019. Like to do some here and there. And still do Chistmass in July as dad's birthday was the 5th. But still do it even though he is gone. I did mess up I thought i left out the 18 pound. Nope think it is the 22 nope. I messed up worse. One of the 22 is really a 25.70 and left that out to defrost for 3 people. Oh well the FoodSaver will get a workout. So will have bags ready for soups gumbo etc.
    At least a have a pan large enough. It was bought off season All Clad with wire rack looks like a large lasagna pan. So will have to aluminium foil tent it. My covered large
