I am selling one of my Gew 88's this rifle is made in 1891 and therefore is not a firearm by law!! I prefer not to ship still...
This is a non matching turked gun. Overall it's in great shape. It still has its imperial German barrel and should not be shot with surplus ammo!!!
The bore is what I would call decent, worn but still has a good bit of rifling present and has a slight haze to it.
The only issue is that this gun is missing the ejector!!! It can still be fired but rounds need to manually ejected (extractor is fine). Rifle does not close on a field gauge and is GTG with proper ammo.
I am asking $300 for this old gal.
I can meet in NOLA or on the northshore.
