This is what Tomorrows Chicken looks like marinading. Some large boneless breast. Made up some marinade and some spinach stuffing and what you see on top is parmasian. It will sit 24 hours covered. Note) tecnicly it marinated in large bag. And was then moved to the pan so I could stuff them and cover. It is still half way sitting in the liquid and is basted. Have no idea what to make to go with it other than a loaf of French Bread. So need a side dish.
