So another night of almost no sleep. So at 6 have I started some bread.
    Easy Peezy.
    4 cups flour
    3 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
    3 Tablespoons Sugar
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    2 Eggs
    1.5 Cups Water

Let the Mixer do all the work.

When it was done I stuck it in a Silicone Pan and let it rise. It will be twice its size if not more when done. So it is a waiting game.
In the oven, it goes. Then a good brush of butter halfway done

My wife and I had the Mixer since 1993 so got plenty of use from it. Seemed like a big splurge at the time even on sale. Would still be today. But got my $ worth from it.

9 long x 5 wide x 3 tall. Part of a set of silicon I bought way back when I have 4 as we got 2 sets. Little oil in the mix and bread or meat loaf falls right out

The flour is just cheap regular flour since you Re adding active dry yeast. We get cheap prices in flour at Sam's Club it i think is Sams brand or Peter Pan. The Peter Pan is 25 but the Sam's comes in 25 and 50. We make bread, pan cakes, waffles fried dough, drop biscuit with it. But use it for Roux so no self rise. Bulk is best and cheaper. 25 pounds is not much more than a bag at the store. Just was there. 25 pounds is $7.76
