This is just another taxpayer rape. If the Public Utilities Commission is planning to impose this, I say they should only impose it on Public Utilities, so if the state of CA starts providing cell service, have at it, otherwise, hands out of the taxpayer's pocket.

Are the sheeple of commifornia outraged? The ones that are fed up will flee to Texas or another almost free state and continue to vote for the same type of power hungry tyrants that created the mess that has already ruined half of this country. Sad but true.
They ate ruining Portland. Seattle and quite a few others. If we as a country as a whole do not wake up. The whole country will be in the hole.
The people are already fleeing California hence the shift in states voting patterns. Look at Colorado they are progressively getting bluer. Nevada and Idaho are fast becoming favorites for them and I bet you pretty soon they will be blue. Austin is another mecca for California transplants and once they ruin Texas who is next?
