This Spaghetti was prepared with Canned Diced Tomatoes.
    A large 6 pound 6 ounce can.
One large white onion, 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 red bell pepper. And about 12 ounces of mushrooms
    1 pound lean ground beef
2 pounds white and dark ground turkey.
Whatever brand dry oregano I had and a cut up jalapeno
Served with a store-bought apple pie from Sam's Club {hey it was 10 bucks for a 12" pie} Can't make one that nice for that

There is juice in the large can. It came out great. Was better the second day. It does take some time to cook down and make it more of a sauce. If I am in a hurry I add a small can of sauce

Call me crazy - I add a can of sliced water chestnuts to my sauce. The crunch when you bite into one really works!
