Not sure what kind of cookies these are and I am no N4Sir I am just a hack. They may be a failure. We will eat them anyway. They look like the cookies that eat Chicago! My 20-year-old will he is a bottomless pit for food. I looked at the net and saw some Oatmeal recipes. And looking at what I had.
I took all the oatmeal I had on hand and matched it with that much flour 1 to 1, Then added the 1.5 cups of raisins, 1 cup natural peanut butter the kind that the oil floats to the top, ½ cup melted butter, splash olive oil, 6 teaspoons backing powder, 3 teasppon cinimon, 1 teasoon vanilla, 5 eggs, and one cup sugar, and ¼ teasppon salt. Pics to come they do not look good more like little breads. No pictures yet as, I put a few to bake and when I came back with the camera the plate was gone. Dustin says they taste good so I guess that all that matters. Next tray will net some pictures

That's alright. I got home from Baton Rouge and my six year old Granddaughter is at the house from half day of school and she spotted a toy I brought down from the attic the other day.

A Cookie Factory from when my daughters were kids. Of course she wanted to make cookies.

These are gingerbread cake mix cookies,

Oh well, he eats the 1st six of the test tray so at least they taste good. The ones on the plate are the second tray. Where does a 20-year-old put all that food? He had breakfast, 2 lunchs a large salid with chicken breast, 6 breads and is looking to see if there will be new food or the left over Jambalaya.

Those look like cookies. Mine not so much. They do taste good though. Better to taste good and look bad than the other way around. Still funny, I called for him and asked if he took the plate with the 6 cookies on it know all well he did. He walked up with a mouth lie a little kid full saying yea! I thought that was my plate....That's the whole reason anyone cooks anyway
