Well since the spicy ones with peppers and sprinkle of crab boil came out great. she wanted some Sweet ones. So made 12 pints 4 quarts of sweet.
4 quarts & 5 pints of sweet and hot with Jalpinions
    Cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup salt ½ vinegar half water brine added 3 cups white sugar It was a large brine. I tasted it 1st to see if it was sweet enough and not too sweet
Added To much garlic, minced, mustard seed, celery seed, onions, diced, green bell peppers, diced, 6-8 peppercorns each jar and the hit ones git some diced up jalapenos
Processed as wanted to not have that many refrigerators pickles.

To post an update, opened one of the small 16oz, ones to try. 100% on the money. Normally takes 2 weeks and 4 is the best. But they are great. The leftover juice mixed with Olive Oil would make a great vinaigrette after pickels are eatten. Or may just make some of theat same brine up and add oil.
