Have not been posting as have been eating normal everyday foods. But figured post this anyway.
Just some normal Red Beans and White Rice. AKA} Cajun Comfort Food
Had 1.5 Pounds in the Container left. I get the 25 or 50-pound bags and packrat beans.
So cut up 1 pound sausage and 1 pound ham. Too many onions, too much garlic, and celery. Little green bell pepper. Little salt & pepper Tony's one small Jalipoino and some water.
Nothing special here.
Get it rolling on the stove top and stuck it in the oven for a real no problem meal.
Unlike putting it on the burner it needs almost no looking after. You can do Chili and Strews same way just cover and forget about it. As gets good even heat and needs almost no looking after
