Acadiana Gunworks in Lafayette is working on mine. Be careful. The receivers are flimsy depending on how new it is and most of the time have to be sent back to Browning. I feel fortunate to have an older one.
Agreed, have done several. I used to do warranty work for Browning and you gotta be careful with those receivers. I would recommend checking around and making sure you choose a gunsmith that has done it before. I know Jim's has, as the shop manager there worked with me at said Browning warranty center (Reynerson's Gunsmith Service, unfortunately no longer open after the flood). Good luck with your project.
