That is all I have been doing lately as have been doing other things.
Shepards Pie that looks like a B movie.The Pie That Eat New Orleans. I made 2 and cut into squares and food saver bagged them. Thay way a quick boil in bag meal later from freezr.
And then spinach stuffed chicken breast. Just onions, garlic, spinach, cream cheese, and shredded cheese.
They were stuffed and say 24 hours in an a homemade marinade and then baked today
None look too good but taste great. The chicken did get a sprinkle of cheeses and a side of Yellow Rice so look ok plated.
No pics of that! I was hungry so went on plates and down the hatch
