I was looking at the net all day and working on gun reloading stuff.
So made dinner in two pans like Pauley
Chopped up lots of Garlic. To many Onions. Two cups Diced Tomatoes.
1/2 Cup Mushrooms. Salt / Pepper and a splash Red and Green Tobasco
Let that cook down in one pan. While I got the Pork was going in butter olive oil mix.
Once the pork was braised I added it to the cooked down the pan and let simmer.
Wanted to serve over Angle Hair Pasta But was overruled and it is white rice
That pan is a free Braising Pan from Reverie. As they bought Magna-Lite and my pans handle broke. No more Maga-Lite.
It is ok for a cheap pan. 3 layer SS /AL./SS with a Copper clad center bottom.
But glass cover with SS Rim.
The Pork Medallions { Guess that is what they are called. or Boneless chops} where a Pork Lion I cut up into 26 Pieces.
